It truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience for all of us. We are really proud to have been part of something so meaningful, and it would not have been possible without the support and encouragement we received. I am personally very grateful, and all of us appreciate it deeply.
Attending the Western Academy of Management Conference was extremely meaningful to me because it brought me one step closer to my goal of becoming a professor. Presenting research, engaging with scholars, and representing CSUB with my peers in that space showed me that this path is real and worth pursuing.
