It truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience for all of us. We are really proud to have been part of something so meaningful, and it would not have been possible without the support and encouragement we received. I am personally very grateful, and all of us appreciate it deeply.

Attending the Western Academy of Management Conference was extremely meaningful to me because it brought me one step closer to my goal of becoming a professor. Presenting research, engaging with scholars, and representing CSUB with my peers in that space showed me that this path is real and worth pursuing. I am thankful to all the supporters who make these experiences possible for students like me.

Attending WAM was a transformative learning experience that allowed me to engage with scholars and peers, strengthen my research skills, and understand the true impact of academic research. Presenting at a national level and representing CSUB was an incredible honor. I am deeply grateful to California State University, Bakersfield, as well as ASI, GRASP, and Dean Deborah Cours, for making this opportunity possible.

Having the opportunity to attend the WAM conference in New Mexico was a valuable experience for me. I was able to express myself, my dreams, and my goals to experts in the field. It was a very special opportunity to expand my network with people who share my passion for research. This is one of the experiences I will never forget on my academic journey.

Attending the WAM conference gave me a rare glimpse into the world of doctoral scholarship. Being able to engage with established scholars and doctoral researchers pushed me into deeper reflection about my own journey. The experience helped me understand what universities truly value in future faculty. It was a moment of clarity about where I've come from, the resilience required to get here, and the expectations that will shape my path beyond doctoral study.

The WAM Conference provided a meaningful opportunity to engage with distinguished scholars and their research. Hearing their work and perspectives offered valuable insight into doctoral academia, research practices, and the development of scholarly work. This experience has strengthened my growth as a professional, student, and educator.

Because of your support, our students were able to move from a campus research competition to presenting at a professional conference with greater confidence and purpose. What stood out most was seeing how this experience helped them clarify their goals and feel more certain about their future.

Special thanks to Jesus Arellanes, Eric Perez, Tina Cisneros, and Cyrina Perez for their hard work and dedication in making this event a success.
