Our Mission
Research Internship Program
Run a year-long research internship program with weekly meetings where members collaborate on every stage of a project, from study design to final presentation.
Research Experience
Work together with peers on original research projects, developing topics, collecting data, conducting analysis, and preparing manuscripts.

Share information and experiences with members exploring Master's and doctoral programs, including those who aspire to become faculty members.
Professional Development
Present at university and regional conferences, including the Student Research Competition (SRC), Student Poster Presentation (SPP), Western Academy of Management (WAM), and Student Research Scholars (SRS) program.
Community
Open to undergraduate and graduate students from all schools and disciplines at CSUB, including first-generation college students and those from underrepresented communities.
